Shipping Information
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You may request a refund for the unavailable item if you prefer not to wait.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Abrazo Style is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will work closely with you and the carrier to try to resolve any situation. We will not offer refund or replacement of items until the carrier approves the claim. If you think your package has been lost or incorrectly marked as delivered please reach out to us as service.abrazostyle@gmail.com. *Some standard shipments do not qualify for claims with USPS.
